Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase on thefunderfile.com.
1. Seller and scope
The Funder File, operated by Mathieu Silva, entrepreneur individuel, SIREN 980 654 073, RCS Toulon, 25 Impasse Negre, 83210 Solliès-Toucas, France, contact@thefunderfile.com. The terms apply to every purchase of digital products on thefunderfile.com.
2. Products
Downloadable digital kits of Word and Excel files and guides, described on each product page with the exact file list. Templates and general information only; not legal, tax, accounting or fundraising advice; no funding outcome is guaranteed; always follow each funder's own guidelines.
3. Prices and payment
Prices in US dollars as shown. Payment by Stripe Checkout. Stripe, through Link, acts as merchant of record for the transaction and is responsible for payment processing, receipts and the calculation and collection of applicable sales tax or VAT, which may be added at checkout depending on your location. Stripe may show and charge the equivalent amount in your local currency.
4. Order and delivery
The order is confirmed when the payment is confirmed. Delivery is immediate: a download page link is shown and emailed. The link allows 5 downloads within 30 days; the files are personalized with the buyer's email and order number.
5. Right of withdrawal
For consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately when the buyer has expressly agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, article L221-28 13°; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). The buyer gives this consent by ticking the box before payment; the consent is recorded with its date and time and confirmed by email.
6. License
On full payment, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for the internal purposes of one organization (the buyer's organization), for an unlimited number of its own applications and reports. The buyer may edit the files and copy them inside the organization. The buyer may not resell, share, publish, sublicense or distribute the files or any substantial part of them, in original or modified form, including on marketplaces, in courses or as templates for others. Consultants need one license per client organization. Personalization marks in the files must not be removed. All rights not granted are reserved.
7. Liability
The products are provided as templates and general information. The seller is not liable for funding decisions, eligibility outcomes, missed deadlines or the content the buyer writes. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
8. Complaints and contact

9. Governing law
French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. For EU consumers, information on online dispute resolution is available from the European Commission.
