Refund Policy

  • Digital products are delivered immediately after you give your express consent and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal, so purchases are final.
  • We will fix or refund: a file that is defective or does not open in Microsoft Word or Excel and that we cannot fix; a duplicate purchase of the same kit; a kit bought and then a bundle containing it bought within 14 days (refund of the kit); a download link that never worked. Write to contact@thefunderfile.com with your order number.
  • Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Link (Stripe), as merchant of record, may also handle refund requests in some cases.
  • A refunded order's download link stops working.
