How the documents work together

  1. The Boilerplate Library holds your facts, with sections for your field.
  2. The logic model workbook starts from example indicators for your field, each with its framework; the budget workbook gives your costs and justification.
  3. The proposal template assembles them with prompts specific to your field; the calendar and report templates cover deadlines and reporting.

Questions about this kit

Do the example indicators include target figures?

No. Each example shows the form of a good indicator and names the framework it comes from. Baselines and targets come from your own data.

Are the data sources still online?

Each data source listed in the guide was checked online, and the guide flags tools that were removed or changed. Always note the year of the data you cite.

Does it cover health data privacy?

The guide explains in general terms when HIPAA applies (covered entities and their business associates) and how to protect participants' data in any case.
